In March, Shoreham Port purchased Maritime House, a 20,000 square foot fully serviced office centre located on the waterfront, off Basin Road North. Only 1.5 miles from Brighton city centre, Maritime House also has close transport links into London and Gatwick Airport. Maritime House has been providing flexible serviced office space to local and national businesses for the past twenty years.
The Port was delighted by the new addition to its property estate and to welcome the fantastic team at Maritime House to its Property Department.
The Port intends to invest in improvements to the building and its facilities to secure its future as a successful centre for businesses. As part of the improvements, the Port has designed a new website for Maritime House to promote the centre and provide detailed information to potential new tenants.
