Herbosch-Kiere coastal cycle ride for The Seafarers’ Charity
Herbosch-Kiere have organised a spectacular coastal cycle ride, raising money for The Seafarers’ Charity. We’ll be riding from Port of Tyne to ABP Hull, calling at various ports and harbours along the way. All abilities welcome, and a limited number of spaces remain.
We’d be especially delighted if any of the Harbour Master & Ports members are interested in joining us.
The event brings together Harbour Masters, Heads of Engineering, and Managing Directors from across the UK port and harbour sector in a relaxed, informal environment – doing something they enjoy, while raising money for a good cause. More importantly, it gives them the chance to connect and chat through the shared headaches and challenges they’re all facing right now.
We have just a few rider spaces left, with names already confirmed from ABP, Peel Ports, PD Ports, Port of Tyne, Tilbury, Newhaven, and Shoreham, among others.
On the second evening – kindly sponsored by Briggs Marine – we’re also hosting a relaxed networking dinner at The Scarborough Hotel. This is open to non-riders as well, and we have 10 places available should any UK-Ports members wish to join us the evening before the BPA Conference. We’re expecting around 40–50 guests that evening, including 25 riders.
