IAPH survey on the status of FAL in world ports

Since April 2019, the IMO Convention on Facilitation of International Maritime Traffic (FAL) requires member states to establish systems for the electronic exchange of information between ships and ports.
While some member states and ports have achieved some gains, implementing electronic data exchange remains work in progress. This survey aims to assess the status of that work in progress and the challenges being faced by all parties in the process.
