This series has been designed to shine a light on the workings of Britain’s maritime sector – an industry responsible for keeping our island nation supplied with food, energy and medical equipment during the coronavirus lockdown.

This first webinar::

• covers the range of careers to be found across the maritime industries
• takes a look at some of the ships that are keeping our country supplied, and
• hears from a new recruit working at sea

It has been designed for 11-18 year-olds and will be led by James Bullar of the London Nautical School.
