WORK STARTS ON FELIXSTOWE EXPANSION
Work has started at the Port of Felixstowe on the latest expansion of the UK’s largest container port.
VSBW Joint Venture, a consortium of VolkerStevin and Boskalis Westminster, has been appointed as the lead contactor to extend the port’s Berth 9 by 190 metres. Scottish independence: UK Chamber of Shipping asks for more post-Yes detail
The Scottish government needs to detail its plan to support the maritime industry in a post-Yes Scotland, the UK Chamber of Shipping has said.

£310m invested in UK wind turbines
